Spicy Gyoza Dipping Sauce

Dip for the Japanese appetizers with a little bit of a bite.


  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nanami  Togarashi pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2  teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  1. Stir together and use as a dip for gyoza dumplings or shu mai.
