- 3 cups water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons instant dashi granules
- 1/3 cup red miso paste
- 1/3 cup small diced firm tofu
- 2 scallions, sliced
- Dissolve dashi granules in water and bring to a boil.
- Whisk in the red miso paste until it dissolves and soup is hot.
- Place diced tofu and scallions in soup bowl and pour soup over.
- Serve hot.
